Businesses, retail, & dining at Carillon Point offer validation. At this time, we will not have valet in the plaza in 2024.
Charter cruise reservation & Event Parking
Cruise and Event parking will be available in all of our parking lots, but our 2000 & 3000 parking lots are best for event and cruise parking.
Please contact our Parking Manager with any questions regarding group passes, pre-paid parking, or parking maps.

Monday-Friday: 7:00am - 9:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 11:00am - 9:00pm
P-3000, P-4000, p-5000, & P-6000 Garages:
We are pleased to announce a significant enhancement to our parking facilities. As part of our ongoing commitment to improving your experience, we are transitioning to a fully automated parking system.
Effective immediately, the parking gates will be operational 24/7. You will now have the convenience of pulling a ticket upon entry, and payment can be effortlessly made through various methods including credit/debit card or by scanning the QR code on your ticket to pay via Apple Pay.
This automated system aims to streamline the parking process, providing you with greater convenience and efficiency. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out.
Parking Rates
Please note, there is a 10 minute grace period, and 2-hour validations are available from the retail shops, restaurants, and the Woodmark Hotel.
0 – 1/2 hour: $5.00 1/2 – 1 hour: $6.00
1 – 2 hours: $7.00 2 – 3 hours: $8.00
3 – 4 hours: $10.00 4 – 5 hours: $12.00
5 – 6 hours: $18.00 6 – 8 hours: $21.00
8 – 12 hours: $23.00 12 – 24 hours: $25.00
Overnight/Lost Tickets – $25.00 / Lost Ticket with receipt – $8.00
